• colours may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings;
• packaging, labels or product presentation may be updated from time to time;
• natural products may vary slightly in colour, aroma, flavour, texture or consistency between batches; and
• minor variations that do not affect safety, quality or the stated specifications will not normally be treated as defects.

Product images are for representation purposes. Please read the label, ingredients, allergen information, storage instructions, usage directions, net quantity and best-before details before consuming or using a product.

We may modify or discontinue a product, pack size or offer at any time, subject to applicable law. All products are subject to availability.

4. Food, Allergy and Health Information

Information on our website, packaging, advertisements, blogs and social-media pages is provided for general educational and product-information purposes. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that we have accepted it. After an order is placed, you may receive an acknowledgement by email, SMS or WhatsApp. This acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order, not final acceptance.

An order is accepted when we confirm it for processing or dispatch. We may refuse, limit or cancel an order where:

• a product is unavailable;
• the listed price or product information contains an error;
• payment cannot be authorised or verified;
• the delivery address is incomplete or not serviceable;
• order quantities appear unreasonable or intended for unauthorised resale;
• we suspect fraud, misuse or a violation of these terms; or
• fulfilment is prevented by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we cancel a prepaid order, the amount collected for the cancelled item or order will be refunded in accordance with our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy.

6. Prices, Taxes and Promotions

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes will be included or shown as required by law. Delivery charges, handling charges or Cash on Delivery fees, if applicable, will be displayed before you complete checkout.

We may revise prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order already accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

Discount codes, coupons, gifts and promotional offers:

• may be subject to separate conditions;
• may be available for a limited time or while stocks last;
• cannot be combined unless expressly permitted;
• have no cash value; and
• may be withdrawn or cancelled in cases of misuse, error or suspected fraud.

7. Payment

Available payment methods may include UPI, debit or credit card, net banking, wallet, Cash on Delivery or other methods displayed at checkout. Payments may be processed by authorised third-party payment providers, and their terms and privacy practices may also apply.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. We are not responsible for payment failure, delay or unauthorised transaction caused by your bank, card issuer, payment provider or incorrect information supplied by you.

Ownership of the product passes to you after full payment is received and delivery is completed, subject to applicable law.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, strikes, government restrictions, incorrect address details, remote-location serviceability or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete delivery address, correct PIN code and reachable mobile number. Please inspect the shipment when it arrives. If a parcel appears damaged, leaking, opened or tampered with, record clear photographs or an unboxing video and contact us promptly.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon successful delivery to the address or recipient provided in the order, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

9. Cancellations, Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Order cancellations, damaged or incorrect products, quality concerns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Because we sell food and consumable products, opened, used, partially consumed or tampered products are generally not returnable for hygiene and food-safety reasons, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Customer Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out through your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, security risk or repeated violation of these terms.

If you submit a review, photograph, video, testimonial, suggestion or other content, you confirm that:

• you own the content or have permission to submit it;
• the content is truthful and based on your genuine experience;
• it does not infringe another person’s rights;

You grant Koski Organics a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, translate and display the submitted content for operating, promoting and improving our business, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We may moderate or remove user content that violates these terms, but we are not obliged to monitor every submission.

The Koski Organics name, logo, product names, packaging designs, text, photographs, graphics, videos, website layout and other original content are owned by or licensed to Koski Organics Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

No right or licence to our trademarks, branding or intellectual property is granted except as expressly stated in these terms.

Where liability can lawfully be limited, our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, defective goods or violation of mandatory consumer rights, as applicable.

18. Indemnity
